LLC "Parking Service Budva" was established in 2003 by the decision of the Assembly of the City of Budva in accordance with the traffic needs assessment at that time, in order to systematically organize parking spaces and solve numerous issues within traffic infrastructure. Originally founded as a Public Enterprise with the idea of providing comfort parking for citizens and numerous visitors of Budva, this same idea continues to guide its current operations with a constant tendency to increase the number of available parking areas and improve service quality. The growth and development of the company, based on a modern and thorough business concept, resulted in the initial number of 9 employees growing to 47 permanent employees. For the tourist season, additional workers are employed on a temporary basis.

Without changing its primary activity, by the decision of the Municipal Assembly of Budva, the company obtained its current name and legal form in November 2013.

LLC "Parking Service Budva" offers parking services at 9 dedicated and 3 general parking lots where payment is made using parking meters. The availability of these parking lots totals around 1000 parking spaces. For the tourist season, seasonal capacities are employed, increasing the existing offer to 1600 parking spaces, primarily covering the narrow center of Budva and Petrovac.

By providing these services, the company also supports the Municipal Police by offering vehicle towing services with the specialized "Tow Truck," thus providing technical support for their operations.

During its existence, LLC "Parking Service Budva" has established itself as a reliable company, with continuous work, staff development, and enhancement of its own values being characteristics that give this company uniqueness even in the most challenging business conditions.

The primary business activity of the limited liability company "Parking Service Budva" is the management, use, and maintenance of public parking lots and garages in the municipality of Budva, as well as the towing of improperly parked and damaged vehicles using the specialized "Tow Truck" vehicle.

Although this company is fundamentally defined as a public interest entity, the Statute of this company also includes many other work activities that are not considered to be of public interest by nature, thus providing the company with a broader scope of operations.

The following activities, related to the operation of parking lots and garages, are of exceptional importance for the daily life and functioning of the citizens of Budva:

- arrangement of parking spaces and public garages in the municipality of Budva

- managing investments in the area of parking spaces and public garages in cooperation with relevant municipal services

- undertaking measures and activities to maintain existing parking spaces and public garages as well as the construction of new parking and garage facilities

- systematic work to achieve better and more complete satisfaction of the needs of legal entities and citizens in the field of parking management / locating new parking areas /

- collecting fees and charges related to the use of parking spaces and public garages

By modeling and selecting the appropriate organizational structure for this company, work tasks and duties within this promising and growing enterprise have been formalized and standardized.

Carrying out the internal division of labor within the company, with the aim of achieving a higher level of quality in the functioning of the company as an organizational entity, and guided by previous experience as well as current and future needs, we have adapted the organizational structure to our activity.
